nRole Understanding & Expectation:

nSales, at its core, is about one thing generating revenue for the company by solving real business problems for clients. This role is designed for individuals who understand that in any professional sales workplace, achieving defined revenue targets is the primary and most important responsibility.

nFrom day 1,



you are expected to embrace the hustle of outbound sales prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, rejections, and consistent target chasing. This is a hardcore, performance-driven sales role, and success is measured by measurable revenue outcomes. This clarity ensures transparency, fairness, and high growth opportunities for those who perform.

nPerformance evaluation period (first 3 months):
n

nThe first three (3) months will be treated as a structured performance evaluation period focused primarily on outbound sales.
n

nDuring this phase:
n

nA. Outbound cold calling and self-generated revenue are mandatory
nB. Minimum expectation:
n1. 2 qualified closures per week ( 40,000+ ticket size recommended)
n2. 2,00,000 monthly revenue target
n3. At least 90% achievement of 2L monthly revenue is required
n

nC. Performance will be reviewed weekly under the structured flag framework
nD. This phase is designed to fairly evaluate:
