- Walk-in Customers
- Respond promptly to all enquiries and maintain a high conversion rate.

Sales & Customer Consultation
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing and benefits.
- Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Quotations & Follow-ups
- Prepare quotations for retail, wholesale and corporate customers.
- Follow up consistently until the enquiry is closed.
- Handle negotiations within company guidelines.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of active leads.

Corporate & B2B Sales
- Manage enquiries for:
- Corporate Gifting
- Wedding Gifting
- Hotels & Restaurants (HORECA)
- Dealers & Distributors
- Bulk Orders
- Export Customers
- Develop current business opportunities and maintain key accounts.

Order Coordination
- Coordinate with wareh
