Fraganote is an Indian fragrance house making everyday fragrances fun, interesting, premium, and aspirational. We create scents people love to wear and love to talk about, from our signature gourmands that smell like vanilla, coffee, caramel, and chocolate to fresh new launches. Since 2023, we've built a community of 300,000+ active customers with a 38% repeat purchase rate, across 30+ SKUs. We sell on our own website, Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and in modern trade and offline retail. We're Series A funded, based in Delhi, and growing rapid.

The Role
You will own Fraganote's growth on Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. Revenue, rankings, availability, and profitability across every platform. Your job is to make Fraganote the category leader in everyday fragrance wherever customers shop.

What You'll Own
Revenue and profitability
- Own marketplace and qcomm revenue, margin, and channel P&Ls;
- Manage commercials, margins, and terms with platform category teams
- Plan annual and event-wise targets (Prime Day,



Big Billion Days, Nykaa Pink Friday, OND)

Marketplace growth
- Drive rankings, reviews, and share of search on Amazon, Nykaa, and others
- Own listing quality: titles, content, A+ pages, images, and keywords, working with Brand and Content
- Run ads (Amazon Ads, Nykaa Ads, qcomm ads) with ROAS and TACoS discipline
- Plan deals, coupons, exclusives, sampling, and platform-led campaigns

Quick commerce
- Expand city and dark store coverage across Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart
- Drive availability and fill rates with Operations. Out of stock is lost revenue
- Build the right assortment, pack sizes, and price points for impulse and gifting buys

Relationships and planning
- Be the primary point of contact for category managers across platforms
- Forecast demand per channel and align inventory with Operations and Finance
- Track competition, pricing, and category trends. Spot white space early
