About the Role

We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Growth Manager (Supply) to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will focus on acquiring property owners to partner with our home rental platform. You will play a key role in expanding our property portfolio and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, connect, and acquire property owners and landlords willing to list their properties on our platform.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas and opportunities for property acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring their needs are met and they receive excellent service.
• Present the company’s rental management services, address owner queries, and negotiate rental agreements or service terms.




• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure a smooth onboarding process and property management.
• Track and report acquisition metrics such as new sign-ups, conversion rates, and property onboarding progress.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related domains.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.
