nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our staffing and recruitment sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with CXOs and Recruitment/HR Heads, understanding client hiring requirements, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
nThis is an excellent prospect for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in B2B sales, recruitment/staffing sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.

nKey Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, references, and other channels.n
- Identify companies with active or upcoming IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements.n




- Connect and build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruitment Heads, and Hiring Managers.n
- Understand client manpower requirements, hiring volumes, job profiles, skill requirements, locations, and timelines.n
- Generate and qualify leads and convert them into active recruitment/staffing requirements.n
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain the company's staffing and recruitment solutions.n
- Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure client requirements are understood and fulfilled.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to requirement generation, negotiation, and deal closure.n
- Follow up with prospects and clients regularly to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.n
- Negotiate commercials, pricing, terms, and agreements with clients.n
