n Role Overview :
nClicksoft Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager – U.S. Staffing based in Hyderabad to manage and grow relationships with Systems Integrators, MSP/VMS programs, mid-sized companies, and direct enterprise clients across the United States .
nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience managing U.S. staffing accounts, working with recruiting and delivery teams, increasing requisition flow, improving placement ratios, and expanding existing client relationships.

nKey Responsibilities :

- n
- Manage and grow Systems Integrator, MSP/VMS, mid-market, and direct-client accounts in the U.S.n
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, MSP program managers, procurement,



talent acquisition, and vendor-management teams .n
- Manage the complete staffing lifecycle: requirements, submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding, placements, extensions, and consultant management.n
- Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure quality and timely candidate submissions .n
- Increase requisition flow, interviews, placements, revenue, and gross margin .n
- Expand existing accounts by developing relationships with additional hiring managers, departments, and business units.n
- Manage VMS/MSP processes, SLAs, scorecards, rate cards, compliance requirements, and supplier performance .n
- Develop opportunities with new Systems Integrators and mid-sized U.S. clients .n
- Conduct client follow-ups and account reviews.n
- Track account pipeline, requirements, submissions, placements, extensions, and revenue.n
