nWe are now building a dedicated GCC & India Technology Leadership business to support organisations establishing, scaling and transforming their GCCs in India.

nThe Role
nWe are looking for an entrepreneurial AVP – GCC Sales & Growth to build this business from 0→1 .
n

nThis is not a traditional recruitment sales role. You will own the market, build the Purple Quarter GCC brand, create senior relationships, generate demand, build the pipeline and convert it into high-value revenue.
nYou will be expected to think like a business builder , not an account manager.

nWhat You Will Own
n1. Build the GCC Business 0→1

- n
- Define the GCC market, ICP,



sectors and priority accounts.n
- Build and own the GCC target-account universe.n
- Identify market triggers and create opportunities before mandates exist.n
- Build the GTM engine from Target → Trigger → Conversation → Opportunity → Mandate → Revenue .n

n2. Build the Purple Quarter GCC Brand

- n
- Establish PQ as a Technology Leadership partner to GCCs , not a recruitment vendor.n
- Build a differentiated POV around GCC Technology Leadership, AI, Product, Engineering and organisation design.n
- Build visibility through CXO forums, GCC communities, investor networks and thought leadership.n
- Turn market intelligence and founder/CXO conversations into content, insights and recent conversations.n

n3. Build Founder & CXO Relationships

- n
- Build direct relationships with GCC Heads, CEOs, Founders, CTOs, CIOs, CHROs and global technology leaders.n
- Create strategic conversations around their bus
