nWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Lead with 9+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud expertise and 4+ years in a Technical Lead role. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, experience leading development teams, designing scalable solutions, and working with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade Service Cloud implementations.
nKey Responsibilities
nLead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
nProvide technical leadership to Salesforce development teams and mentor developers.




nDesign scalable Salesforce architecture and data models based on business requirements.
nDevelop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce components.
nTroubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
nCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
nConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
nSupport CI/CD deployments and release management using Salesforce DevOps tools.
nEnsure platform performance, security, and maintainability across environments
nMandatory Skills
nStrong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization.
nExpertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce App Development.
nExperience with Salesforce Platform Architecture and Data Model Design.
