Job Description – Finance Analyst / Accountant – Casino Operations

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst / Accountant to support the financial operations of a casino and hospitality business. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting support, reconciliations, budgeting, cost analysis, and preparation of management reports across multiple business verticals, including gaming, F&B;, hotel, entertainment, and support functions .
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely financial information for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and MIS reports for management.
- Prepare revenue, expense, profitability, and departmental performance reports.




- Consolidate financial information from multiple operational and accounting systems into accurate management reports.
- Assist in preparing management presentations, financial summaries, and board reports.
- Ensure all financial reports are completed accurately and submitted within established deadlines.

Accounting & Financial Control
- Support day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and general ledger review.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform bank, cash, revenue, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review financial transactions and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and proper financial documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and outstanding issues.

Revenue Reconciliation & Analysis
- Reconcile revenue repor
