nRole Overview

nThe Telesales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing telesales teams through Team Leaders for the Community Matrimony portals. The role focuses on driving lead generation, improving sales conversions, and ensuring consistent revenue achievement. The incumbent will also be responsible for team productivity, people development, process adherence, and overall operational excellence.

nKey Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage a team of telesales executives through Team Leaders to drive productivity and performance.n
- Ensure Team Leaders achieve assigned sales and productivity targets and submit regular performance reports to management.n
- Review team performance periodically, with focus on metrics such as individual productivity, conversion, attrition, quality, talk time, and number of calls.n
- Drive motivation and engagement within the team,



ensuring higher incentive achievement and reduced attrition.n
- Plan manpower requirements for the team and coordinate with HR to hire the right talent.n
- Foster a cohesive, high-performance work environment through regular engagement, coaching, feedback, and training.n
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support team members in improving productivity and effectiveness.n
- Monitor adherence to processes, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks.n
- Guide, mentor, and train team members to build capabilities and improve performance.n
- Actively participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects.n
