About Maini Rentals
Maini Rentals is looking for a dynamic, organised and client-focused Marketing Manager to manage and coordinate our buggy/event mobility operations across weddings, corporate events, private events and other large-scale functions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in wedding planning, corporate event management, event operations and client coordination , along with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
This is a highly execution-oriented role. The person will be responsible for ensuring that our buggy services are planned, coordinated and executed seamlessly at events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage buggy/event mobility requirements for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, private events and other large gatherings.




- Coordinate with event planners, wedding planners, corporates, hotels, venues, production teams and other event stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and create efficient buggy deployment and movement plans .
- Manage event-day operations, including deployment, positioning, routing, schedules and coordination of buggy teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and event organisers before and during events.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams, drivers and ground staff to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct venue visits and assess access points, parking, movement routes, guest flow and operational requirements .
- Prepare event schedules, manpower requirements, deployment plans and checklists.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve operational issues calmly and efficiently.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest experience .
