Urban Vault is a growing managed workspace and coworking company, currently operating 3+ million sq. ft. across 75+ locations in India. As we continue to expand across regions, we are looking for a robust sales leader to build and scale our presence across Gurgaon and Noida.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager – NCR who will take end-to-end ownership of business development and revenue generation across the Gurgaon and Noida markets.
The individual will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, driving enterprise and mid-market deals, developing client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to convert opportunities into successful closures.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to both drive your own business and build/mentor a high-performing sales team.

Base Location : Gurgaon or Noida

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Business Development
- Own revenue and occupancy targets for the Gurgaon and Noida markets.
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives.




- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise, mid-market and growing businesses.
- Drive the complete sales cycle – prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation and closure.
- Build a healthy and predictable sales pipeline across both markets.

2. Enterprise & Client Acquisition
- Build relationships with CXOs, founders, HR/People leaders, Admin, Procurement, Real Estate and Workplace teams.
- Identify companies looking for coworking, managed office and versatile workspace solutions.
- Lead large and strategic client conversations and negotiations.
- Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to create relevant workspace solutions.

3. Market Development – Gurgaon & Noida
- Develop a strong understanding of the commercial real estate and flexible workspace landscape across NCR.
- Map key companies, business parks, commercial hubs and potential cli
