Job Role: Front Office & Admissions

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Front Office Management
n
- n
- Manage the reception/front office and ensure a qualified, welcoming, and organised environment.n
- Act as the first point of contact for parents, prospective parents, students, visitors, vendors, and other stakeholders.n
- Handle incoming calls, emails, enquiries, and correspondence professionally and promptly.n
- Ensure that important communications and enquiries are appropriately directed to the concerned department/person.n

n2. Admissions & Parent Enquiries
n
- n
- Handle admissions enquiries received through calls, walk-ins, emails, website leads, referrals, and other channels.n
- Maintain regular and timely follow-up with prospective parents to support the admissions journey.n
- Schedule and coordinate campus visits, parent interactions, assessments, and admission meetings.n
- Coordinate with academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.n
- Maintain updated records of enquiries,



follow-ups, visits, assessments, applications, and admissions.n
- Follow up with prospective families at different stages of the admissions funnel and maintain regular communication.n

n3. School Tours & Events
n
- n
- Coordinate and support campus tours for prospective families.n
- Ensure that prospective parents receive a consistent and engaging introduction to the school.n
- Coordinate with teachers and school leadership for interactions with prospective parents.n

n4. Data Management & Reporting
n
- n
- Maintain accurate and updated admissions and enquiry databases.n
- Track leads and follow-ups and ensure timely closure of enquiries.n
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, visits, applications, assessments, admissions, and pending follow-ups.n
- Maintain appropriate records in the school’s admissions/CRM or other designated systems.n
