About the Role Newnovation Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive new business opportunities in the Recruitment & Staffing Services domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Staffing, Staff Augmentation, Recruitment Services, and Lead Generation. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. • Generate and qualify leads for recruitment, staffing, and staff augmentation services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers. • Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment/staffing solutions. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve business development targets. • Convert qualified leads into new clients and manage the complete business development cycle from prospecting to closure.



• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients. • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. • Track market trends, competitors, and potential target accounts. Required Skills • 2+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales, preferably in Recruitment Services, Staffing, RPO, or Staff Augmentation. • Strong experience in Lead Generation and Client Acquisition. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other lead-generation methods. • Ability to identify decision-makers and build a strong B2B sales pipeline. • Target-oriented and comfortable working in a remote environment. • Good understanding of the US/India recruitment and staffing market will be an advantage.
