About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Writer who can simplify complex technical concepts and create transparent, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our products and technology ecosystem. The role will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to build and maintain high-quality technical content.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain product and technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles.
• Translate complex technical concepts and product functionalities into clear and easy-to understand content.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Developers, QA, and Customer Success teams to gather and validate technical information.
• Develop documentation for APIs, integrations, workflows, configurations, and product features.
• Create step-by-step guides, process documentation, troubleshooting guides, and how-to articles.
• Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
• Maintain documentation standards,



terminology, structure, and content quality across products.
• Understand user journeys and create documentation that enables customers and internal teams to effectively use the platform.
• Support product launches by preparing documentation for new features and enhancements.
• Incorporate feedback from customers, support teams, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve documentation.
• Manage documentation through appropriate tools and maintain proper version control.

Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in Technical Writing, Product Documentation, API Documentation, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS/technology environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple language.
• Experience creating API documentation, user guides, knowledge-base articles, and product documentation.
