About the Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or sales development.
The role focuses on building a robust sales pipeline across the Indian market by identifying,



engaging, and qualifying mid-market and enterprise prospects. You will work closely with the sales team to create meaningful conversations with potential customers and generate qualified opportunities.
● Identify and research mid-market and enterprise accounts across India.
● Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, use case, and business potential.
● Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
● Identify and engage relevant decision-makers and business stakeholders.
● Personalise outreach based on account and prospect requirements.
● Understand prospect pain points and identify potential use cases for AI Voice solutions.
● Qualify prospects based on business need, authority, potential fit, and buying intent.
● Schedule qualified meetings and create sales opportunities for the sales team.
● Maintain consistent follow-ups
