Role Details:
nDesignation: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

nReports to: Director - Talent Engagement and Development
nLocation: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
nRequired Experience: 5-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

nRole Overview:
nThe Learning Operations & Administration role is responsible for the seamless delivery, administration, and governance of learning programmes and platforms. The role manages learning operations, maintains training records, provides reporting and insights, coordinates vendors and budgets, and ensures an engaging learning experience while supporting compliance and continuous learning across the organisation.

nKey accountabilities:
nProgramme operations:
n
- n
- Publish and maintain the organisation's annual learning calendar, including academy programmes.n
- Run programme logistics end to end: nominations, invitations, venues, attendance and feedback.n
- Coordinate induction learning for recent joiners with HR Operations.n
nPlatform administration:
n
- n
- Run the learning platform: user access, course uploads, learning path set up and licence allocation.n
- Provide first line support to learners and academies and manage the platform vendors.n
nLearning records:
n
- n
- Record attendance and completion for every central and academy programme on the platform.n
- Maintain the records for the mandatory training programme, CPE eligible learning, the internal trainer pool and the Internal Facilitation Certificate, ready for audit at any time.n
nReporting and analysis:
n
- n
- Produce the monthly learning dashboard: adoption, mandate hours, mandatory training completion, learner ratings and budget utilisation.n
- Prepare the data for quarterly reviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.n
nVendors and budget:
n
- n
- Maintain the central vendor list, with coverage defined for Central L&D; and for each service line.n
