The Role Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions. Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, business process flows, web resources, custom APIs, and client-side extensions using C# , .NET , and JavaScript/TypeScript . Configure and customize Dataverse tables, forms, views, dashboards,



relationships, business rules, security roles, teams, and field-level security. Design and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Apps , Power Automate , and Power Pages , where applicable. Build and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise systems using REST APIs , Dynamics 365 Web API , Azure Functions , Logic Apps , API Management , and Azure Service Bus . Perform technical analysis, solution design, effort estimation, impact assessment, and prepare technical design documentation. Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, production defects, performance issues, and problem management within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect resolution, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
