What we're looking for We're looking for curious, driven individuals who want to learn how global banking works in practice. You should: Have graduated from college in 2026. Have the legal right to work in India Have strong academic performance and be actively involved beyond the classroom Be confident working with data and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Be detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting Demonstrate integrity and a strong sense of responsibility No prior banking experience is required - just the motivation to learn and contribute.
