Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Support & Network Support Engineer to join our IT team in Dubai.



You will be the first point of contact for end-user technology needs and the hands-on owner of our office IT and network infrastructure. This role blends day-to-day user support with infrastructure and network device administration, Google Workspace (GWS) management, and the resolution of a broad range of IT service requests. You will keep our people productive, our office connected, and our systems secure and reliable.
What You'll Do
End-User Support & Service Desk
- Act as the first point of contact for end-user IT queries — triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests across hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Provide desktop, laptop, and peripheral support across Windows and MacOS, including setup, imaging, configuration, and ongoing troubleshooting.
- Manage the IT ticketing queue — log, prioritise, track, and close requests within agreed SLAs, with transparent and timely user communication.
