10+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Insurance Underwriting . The role requires strong expertise in the
insurance lifecycle, commercial underwriting, insurance operations,
process governance, quality management, stakeholder management, and people leadership . The successful candidate will act as a
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
and business/domain expert, managing complex operational activities, driving process excellence, developing teams, and partnering with UK and local stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed
