Job Overview: As Sales Manager at CoKarma, you will be responsible for driving revenue across CoKarma's locations, managing the sales team, improving lead conversion and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. You will oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation and qualification to client meetings, negotiations, closing and onboarding, while working closely with marketing, operations and senior management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:



Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Setting individual and team sales targets and ensuring consistent achievement. Monitoring sales performance across CoKarma's locations and identifying opportunities for growth. Developing strategies to improve lead conversion, occupancy and revenue. Identifying recent sales channels and opportunities to increase business. 2. Team Management & Performance: Managing, mentoring and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Assigning leads and opportunities effectively among team members. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback and coaching. Tracking individual team performance, conversion rates and revenue contribution. Supporting the hiring and onboarding of new sales team members. Building a high-performance, target-driven sales culture. 3. Lead Management & Conversion: Overseeing the complete sales pipeline from lead gene
