and above Your key responsibilities Design, develop, and support Workday Payroll integrations, including: Core Integrations Cross functional Third Party applications Lead integration architecture discussions with internal and external systems Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance Ensure secure and compliant data exchanges Able to configure Absence Rules. Working knowledge of Workday Time Tracking preferred. Your skills and experience A minimum of three years of experience with Workday HCM in a configurator role is required. Overall, five years of experience in the IT industry is necessary. A strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll Integrations, and Absence is essential. Experience with time tracking is preferred.
