As we expand our offline business, we are looking for an ambitious and highly execution-oriented Regional Sales Manager to build and scale our doctor prescription and pharmacy distribution business across NCR. The Role This is not a conventional pharma sales leadership role . We are looking for someone who understands both sides of the healthcare market: Doctor-led prescription generation , and OTC / nutraceutical / consumer healthcare sales through pharmacies and distributors. The person will lead a team of MRs/field sales executives but must also be extremely hands-on—personally developing territories, meeting doctors, opening pharmacy accounts,



building distributor relationships and driving revenue. We are looking for someone ambitious, entrepreneurial and hungry to build , rather than someone accustomed to operating only through large established teams and systems. What You'll Own Doctor & Prescription Business Drive prescription generation through doctors including Orthopaedics, Pain Specialists, GPs and other relevant specialties. Build strong relationships with doctors and high-potential prescribers. Develop doctor territories and execute regular doctor engagement and activation programs. Convert prescription generation into measurable secondary sales. Pharmacy & Distributor Sales Build and grow sales through independent/mom-and-pop pharmacies, local pharmacy networks and distributors .
