Data Eminence is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing customer experience team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for customers, helping them resolve questions and concerns while ensuring they receive accurate and timely assistance.
You will communicate with customers through email, chat, phone, and other support channels while collaborating with product, technical, operations, and business teams when additional assistance is required.
