This is a results-focused position with responsibility for accelerating the growth of RSR Global's recruitment, training, education and franchise business .
The successful candidate will take ownership of current business acquisition, B2B partnerships, franchise development and key account growth , while helping strengthen our international commercial presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, approach and secure new B2B clients and strategic partners
• Generate and convert qualified sales opportunities into revenue
• Develop and expand our franchise and associate partner network
• Build relationships with employers, businesses, institutions and international partners
• Manage and grow existing accounts and identify opportunities for further business
• Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and Service Level Agreements
• Maintain a strong and measurable sales pipeline
• Use LinkedIn, CRM systems, databases, networking and digital channels to generate opportunities
• Produce accurate sales fore
