and above Your key responsibilities On an advisory level work typically includes: Responsibility for the delivery of HR Services for the UKI. Working with stakeholders in implementing people agenda initiatives, providing advice to employees and managers on people topics, providing guidance on HR policies and processes (incl. ensuring compliance) and overall responsibility for lifecycle measures. Working with the business and specialist HR product areas to achieve bank-wide human capital management goals. Examples may include but are not limited to; restructuring, diversity and talent acquisition and retention initiatives, supporting performance management activity, leadership capabilities, management of employee relations cases and consequence management and key partner in the year-end compensation and promotion process.
