About The Role We're hiring a Sales & Operations Head to own the full commercial engine of the business from lead generation and client conversion through to on-ground event execution and post-event closure. This is a dual-charter role: half revenue growth, half operational excellence. You'll be the owner's key operating partner in running the business day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Own the sales pipeline for weddings, corporate events, and institutional/VIP bookings from lead to signed contract Build and manage relationships with wedding planners, corporate clients, venues, and referral partners Lead client pitches, menu tastings, and site visits; negotiate pricing and packages in line with margin targets Drive repeat and referral business; build a structured CRM/pipeline process (currently informal) Track
