Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full time,



on-site role based in HYDERABAD, INDIA.

Responsible for driving B2B growth, partnerships, and market expansion for Trusity’s skill-tech programs across schools in the region. Responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across schools, educational institutions, corporates, and community organizations, and building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, developing and presenting compelling proposals and pitches, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue and growth targets. Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align offerings with client needs, support program implementations, and ensure a high-quality partner experience.
