The role: As a Competency Coordinator, you will help drive our goals by: Developing and planning a robust and structured shop floor-based training program for induction and production processes. Training to be carried out by the relevant department personnel. Ensuring technical training is delivered by personnel who have completed the JM Trainer course.



Coordinating and conducting scheduled assurance assessments of the program in collaboration with competent assessors. Coordinate the employee engagement survey process, including survey administration, data collection, and score analysis. Analyze employee engagement results to identify key areas of improvement and engagement drivers. Develop and coordinate action plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to address engagement gaps and improve overall employee engagement scores. Track and report progress on engagement initiatives and measure the effectiveness of action plans. Supporting the writing and maintenance/updates of standard operating procedures and training documentation to constantly meet the needs of the business, ensuring that high-risk documents are prioritized. Adhering to Life Saving Policies, following Site Safety Rules and working safely to EHS best practices as a mandatory condition of employment.
