The role: As a PC Line Operator FTC, you will help drive our goals by: Always adheres to safety standards Identifies opportunities to improve safety To carry out standard operations effectively in a safe manner to a high-quality standard. E.g. loading / unloading, inspecting and packing. Checks quality of work according to JM and customer specifications. Accountable for following standard processes to complete tasks.



Escalates issues to ensure a timely resolution. Identifies and escalates opportunities for improvement. Supports CAPS implementation, as part of this using lean tools such a problem solving and 5S. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and the implementation of best practice principles, to enhance performance and operations. Supports in the training of other Operators. Operate equipment and machinery in a manner that minimizes energy consumption without compromising productivity and quality. Actively participate in energy conservation projects or Kaizen activities. Focuses on daily assignments. Works within relevant operational area, with exposure to other manufacturing areas. Working on both PC & MPC Line as needed Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: Works in accordance with procedures and rules Basic to intermediate knowledge in computer usage. Worked at least 2 Year on Temp role in JM or 1 Year JM role
