Han's Laser Smart Equipment Group is a global leader in industrial laser equipment and smart-manufacturing solutions, with a product portfolio covering fiber flat laser cutters, 3D 5-axis laser machines and automated production lines. Customers span 100+ countries across automotive, aerospace, sheet-metal fabrication and general metal processing.
As we expand our India presence, we are hiring a Pune-based Sales Engineer to drive growth in western India's automotive belt (Maharashtra and surrounding states), serving automotive Tier 1 / Tier 2 sheet-metal manufacturers and general metal fabricators across the wider western India automotive cluster.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales of fiber flat laser cutting machines and 3D 5-axis laser machines in the assigned territory, targeting automotive Tier 1 / Tier 2 sheet-metal manufacturers and general metal fabricators.




- Develop and execute a regional sales plan; deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and manage a B2B capital-equipment pipeline (typical sales cycle 6–12 months).
- Conduct technical presentations, on-site demonstrations and application feasibility studies together with the applications engineering team.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract closing and receivables follow-up.
- Maintain customer relationships; coordinate with applications engineering, production and after-sales teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track market intelligence and competitor activity; report regularly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in capital equipment, industrial machinery or related industrial sectors.
