Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Enrollment Leadership
Develop and implement admissions strategies to achieve annual enrollment and conversion targets.
Oversee the end-to-end admissions process for prospective students and families.
Monitor leads, inquiries, follow-ups, applications, assessments, and enrollments.
Handle important or complex parent inquiries and support the admissions team in conversion.
Conduct and oversee parent counseling through calls, walk-ins, virtual meetings, and school visits.
Ensure timely and skilled follow-up with prospective parents.
Identify opportunities to improve the admissions funnel and reduce lead drop-offs.
Parent Counseling & Experience
Ensure a high-quality and consistent experience for prospective parents throughout the admissions journey.




Monitor parent interactions and provide guidance to counselors on effective communication and counseling techniques.
Support counselors in understanding and communicating the school's curriculum, academic programs, facilities, student development initiatives, and value proposition.
Handle escalated parent queries and concerns professionally.
Develop strategies to improve parent engagement, satisfaction, and enrollment conversion.
Training & Quality Management
Lead training and development programs for admissions counselors.
Develop training modules covering parent counseling, communication, objection handling, follow-up, CRM usage, and admissions processes.
Review live and recorded counselor interactions to assess communication quality and adherence to standards.
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans where required.
Establish quality benchmarks and monitoring processes for the admissions team.
