nWork activities may vary depending on the size of the agency or company and the number of clients, but responsibilities include:

- Building an workplace for the creative team to work in and overseeing their ideas and projectsn
- Taking responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the agency or departmentn
- Developing ideas for advertising or promotional campaignsn
- Pitching concepts to clients if you work at an agency, or presenting to directors if you work in-housen
- Overseeing several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presentedn
- Liaising with clients to keep them informed and to highlight any issuesn
- Understanding the commercial aspects of the agency or marketing departmentn

nDaily and Monthly Responsibilities
n

n· Supervise a cross-functional team of creative directors, graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, art directors, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables
n· Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production departments
n· Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
n· Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
n· Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials a
