Role Description The Account Manager – CA will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, primarily with business setup and consultancy clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India includes coordinating with clients to understand their requirements,



preparing and reviewing financial and compliance-related documentation, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely execution of services. The role involves advising clients on business setup, banking, and financial structuring in line with UAE regulations, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities for additional services or cross-selling. The Account Manager – CA will also handle issue resolution, maintain accurate records, prepare reports for management, and contribute to process improvements that enhance client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Solid understanding of accounting, auditing, tax, and compliance principles; Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.
