About the RolenWe are looking for a highly organised, proactive and dependable Personal Assistant to the Founder who can work closely with our Founder and take ownership of her day-to-day scheduling, coordination and administrative requirements.
nThis is a high-ownership and high-trust role .



The person will be responsible for ensuring that the Founder’s schedule runs smoothly — from calendar and travel management to coordinating meetings, stakeholders, appointments and day-to-day requirements.
nThe ideal candidate should be someone who can anticipate requirements, stay ahead of the Founder’s schedule, manage multiple priorities and handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently .
Key ResponsibilitiesnCalendar & Schedule Management

- Manage the Founder’s calendar and ensure her day is planned and coordinated effectively.n
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings based on the Founder’s priorities and availability.n
- Manage meeting changes, rescheduling and last-minute calendar requirements.n
- Ensure the Founder is well-prepared and has all relevant information before important meetings and engagements.n
- Track meetings, commitments, follow-ups and important action items.n
