? THE ROLE

As Events & Partnerships Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of KN's event strategy — from initial concept through post-event impact analysis — while building a growing portfolio of strategic partnerships with leading AI conferences, tech companies, media brands, and policy organizations.





You will work directly with KN's Founder and senior leadership, with significant autonomy, a global remit, and visibility that comes from operating at the intersection of AI, policy, and purpose.

✅ WHAT YOU WILL DO

EVENT STRATEGY & EXECUTION
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of KN's flagship events, panels, live podcast recordings, and conference activations
- Manage all logistics: speaker coordination, agendas, venues, AV, budgets, and timelines
- Lead live event coverage at major AI and policy summits (Ai4, World Bank/IMF, OGP, UNGA-adjacent forums)
- Design speaker and VIP engagement programs that attract top-tier AI policymakers, CAIOs, and thought leaders
- Drive continuous improvement through post-event data, ROI analysis, and stakeholder feedback

PARTNERSHIPS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Identify, pitch, and close partnership agreements with leading AI conferences, industry associations, and
