- Work with the Strategy team to understand business challenges and identify areas for improvement. N
- Analyze different business areas such as production, costs, HR, finance, and logistics. N
- Use data and research to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and business improvement. N
- Support the team in developing solutions and recommendations for key business problems. N
- Work with different teams and stakeholders to implement and track strategic initiatives. N
- Prepare analysis, presentations, and insights to support senior management in decision-making. N

- 5+ years of overall work experience, with at least 1 year in Hydrocarbons or Chemicals. N
- Positive analyticaland problem-solving skills. N
- Strong communication and stakeholder/client management skills. N
- Engineering degree or MBA from a Tier-1 institute. N
- Candidates with a background in Chemical, Petroleum, Geology, or Geophysics would be preferred. N
- Experience in consulting, Strategy, or a CEO’s Office would be an advantage. N
- Prior experience in theEnergy sector is preferred. N
