nAbout Sira Alternatives: Sira Alternatives is an AI-native alternatives firm establishing a SEBI Category II AIF — target corpus ₹1,250 crore, with a substantial anchor commitment from the founding team — to provide bespoke, high-conviction credit to India’s high-growth mid-market, where traditional financing falls short. We back businesses with strong promoters, clear exit paths and a need for patient, structured capital. Sector agnostic, with a preference for healthcare & pharma, the data center value chain, education, sustainability and industrials. Our DNA is in large, complex transactions where management has to actively create equity value — through operational improvement, strategic consolidation, or a well-executed transition to public markets.
