nJob Summary
nWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our International Voice Process team. The selected candidates will handle international customers over calls and provide effective solutions to their queries.
nKey Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.n
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.n
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.n
- Resolve customer issues within the defined process and timelines.n
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.n
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.n

- Excellent English communication and conversation skills .n
- Comfortable working in a night shift .n




- Good listening and interpersonal skills.n
- Basic computer knowledge.n
- Candidates should be comfortable with Work From Office .n
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.n
- Prior international voice/BPO/customer support experience will be an advantage.n
