- 1-9 years of dedicated experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) security.n
- A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTECH) degree.n
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Saviynt, including configuration, development of workflows, and connector management.n
- Strong understanding of core IAM concepts such as identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).n
- Familiarity with directory services protocols (LDAP) and enterprise directories like Microsoft Active Directory.n
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.n
- Transparent and concise communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.n
