What you'll do
- Own day-to-day office administration and ensure the workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors,



building management, and other external stakeholders to resolve operational requirements.
- Manage company assets including laptops, peripherals, furniture, and other office equipment — from procurement and allocation to tracking and returns.
- Coordinate employee travel, including flights, hotel, local transportation, and other logistics, while ensuring a smooth experience and adherence to company policies.
- Manage office supplies, pantry requirements, housekeeping, maintenance, access cards, and other workplace needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers, including onboarding, quotations, payments, renewals, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records for assets, vendors, travel, expenses, and other administrative activities.
- Support employee onboarding and exits from an administrative and workplace perspective, ensuring all required logistics and assets are managed on time.
