As an Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for reducing the cost of ownership of our
facilities and improving the work order experience.

Job Description

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years
Experience Desired: Valuable at Advance Excel;
Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Education Desired: Bachelor's Degree

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform variance analyses at store, account, and equipment levels, to identify root causes of maintenance spend variances against budget. Present causes to Facility Managers, Operations, and Leadership.
- Assist in management of open work orders and repeat calls. Weekly, provide open work order reports and repeat call reports to maintenance vendors and Facility Managers. Coordinate with maintenance vendors and Facility Managers to provide updates as needed
