About the Role
nPolicybazaar is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Telesales to lead large-scale B2C telesales operations. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in managing high-volume sales teams, driving revenue targets, and improving key operational metrics such as productivity, conversion, attrition, and shrinkage .
nThe candidate will be responsible for leading team performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent achievement of business goals in a target-driven environment.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage large Telesales / B2C Sales teams to achieve business targets.n
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets .n
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including Productivity, Conversion, Attrition, Shrinkage, and Quality .n
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve sales performance and conversion rates .n
- Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching, feedback, and performance reviews for team leaders and team members.n




- Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate action plans .n
- Drive team engagement and maintain high levels of employee productivity.n
- Monitor attendance, adherence, productivity, and overall operational performance.n
- Work closely with Quality, Training, HR, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.n
- Ensure adherence to defined process, quality, compliance, and customer experience standards .n
- Analyze performance data and prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.n
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational and customer-related issues.n
- Build a strong performance-driven culture within the telesales function.n

nMandatory Requirements
n
- n
- 8+ years of overall experience in Telesales / B2C Sales / Voice Sales.n
- Proven experience in large team handling and people management .n
- Strong experience in managing high-volume telesales operation
