Job Description

Growth Leader is Metafusion's revenue engine on the ground — a dual-mandate leader who drives new business acquisition and nurtures long-term strategic growth within a defined geographic territory. Beyond classic quota ownership, the growth leader functions as a leader,



responsible for mapping the market, building a partner ecosystem, and positioning Metafusion's Vision AI portfolio (Metavisio, Metatraffic, PixelFACE etc) as the intelligence layer of choice across Critical Infra, PSUs, Smart City, Safe City, and Government & Enterprise verticals.

This role requires a commercially assertive, consultatively solid professional who can operate at both the CXO boardroom and the technical evaluation table — owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Key Responsibilities

A. Revenue Ownership & Quota Attainment
- Own and exceed the assigned annual revenue quota for the territory per AOP targets.
- Drive end-to-end deal closure for Metafusion's Video AI and Vision AI product suite across assigned accounts and geographies.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline coverage at all times, qualifying and progressing opportunities through CRM.
- Deliver accurate sales forecas
