Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Techno Functional Consultant with 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, configuration, testing, production support and payroll business processes .
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR/Payroll teams, technical teams and project leadership to deliver scalable Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations .
- Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct Fit-Gap analysis .
- Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll based on business and statutory requirements.

- Payroll Calculation and Prepayments
- Payroll Reconciliation
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing and validation .
- Work on payroll costing, accounting and reconciliation with Finance/GL teams.
- Support data migration and validation activities.
- Prepare Functional Solution Design documents, configuration workbooks and functional specifications.
- Design and execute SIT, UAT, regression and parallel payroll testing .
- Participate in CRP, UAT, cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare activities.
- Analyze payroll calculation issues involving earnings, deductions, taxes, balances and payments.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide functional solutions.
- Work with technical teams on Fast Formula, BI Publisher .
