nPosition / Business Accountability:

- n
- Ensuring smooth function of policies to be serviced. N
- Floating RFQ to insurers & negotiate best premium from them to meet client’s expectations. N
- Preparing Due Diligencereport wherever necessary. N
- Negotiation with insurers on premium quotes & Terms specially in big & medium sized proposals. N
- Ensure submission of QCR within TAT. N
- Update Compass regularly. N
- Preparing service presentation based on the coverage‘s shared by RM. N
- Generating weekly MIS about the pending claim and sending it to clients in the format defined. N
- Relationship with key line people in the insurance companies N
- Entertain (addition deletion & other) endorsement request received from client & sent to insurer for endorsement. N
- Maintain RFQ tracker. N
- Quality Control of Policy Documents of RFQs. N
- Quality check of policies issued & ensure for minimum errors. N
- Updating SAIBA on policy renewed,



endorsement passed, and endorsement awaited in the respective month. N
- Replying to queries in the defined TAT i.E., within 24 hrs. form receipt of the query. N

nEducation & Experience:

- Non-EB placement experience (preferably over 7 to 12 years) in Insurance Broking. N
- University degree (mandatory) with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred. N
- Should have a good network and relationship with the PSU’s and the private players. N
