Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to support business growth, market development, and strategic initiatives. The role combines business analysis, market research, client development, relationship management, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through networking, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Analyze business performance, sales pipelines, market trends, and key metrics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business insights for management.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business development and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and activities in CRM systems.




- Support management in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in permanent staffing / full-time recruitment services.
- Prior Business Development experience in the permanent staffing industry, specifically focused on full-time/permanent placements, is required.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, lead generation, market research, business development, and relationship management within the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify prospective clients, develop new business opportunities, conduct outreach, and convert prospects into long-term client relationships.
