nResponsible for managing complex transactions, supporting process governance, coaching junior associates, and driving operational effectiveness across NOA, Payments, and Escrow functions

- Review complex contracts and ownership modifications. n
- Perform detailed audits on contracts and supporting documentation. n
- Resolve escalations and exception cases.

- Handle payment research and reconciliation activities. n
- Investigate unapplied payments, ACH rejects, and payment discrepancies. n
- Support month-end reconciliation activities. n
- Coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution. n

- Review escrow exceptions and balance due cases. n
- Process complex escrow transactions. n
- Validate financial calculations and supporting documents. n
- Support root cause analysis of defects. n

- Support reporting and MIS preparation. n
