nInfo Way Solution is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive (Senior BDE) to drive new business growth and develop long-term relationships with US and international clients.
nThe ideal candidate should have robust experience in B2B sales, IT services, IT staffing, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development . The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, conducting client outreach, managing sales pipelines, and converting opportunities into business.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market and other international markets.n
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, web research, referrals, and other channels .n




- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.n
- Conduct client outreach, discovery calls, presentations, and business discussions.n
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT services / staffing solutions .n
- Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to client acquisition and closure .n
- Prepare proposals, presentations, capability statements, and pricing documents.n
- Negotiate commercial terms and work toward successful deal closure.n
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular status updates.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and lead-generation targets .n
- Research target companies, decision-makers, industry trends, and competitors.n
- Develop strategic relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, procurement teams, and business stakeholders.n
